Now the boring bit but please read as it is important information.


A non refundable deposit of £25 is required when booking to secure the date of your event. The remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to the event along with the refundable security deposit.

We do require a security deposit which should be paid 4 weeks prior to the event.This is returnable as long as all items that were hired to you such as cart,glassware,tongs and scoops, chair cover and sashes, mirrored plates, table centrepiece equipment, table linen  etc are undamaged and are all returned .Any extra damage exceeding the breakages deposit will be charged to the person who booked our services. If items are undamaged the deposit will be refunded 1 week after the event. 

The Hirer is responsible for the supervision and care of all hire items hired to them and that they remain on the premises where they are hired and returned to us undamaged.

All hire items will be delivered and set up for free within a 10 mile radius of wv13 after that we will have to charge mileage.

 Cancellation charges are as followed;- 

within 4 weeks of the event -50% of total cost.

within 2 weeks of the event-100% of total cost.

In the event of cancellation the breakages deposit will be refunded.

If by any chance that we "Beau's and Belle's Events" cancel all money that we have received will be refunded.



At the end of each event all sweets will be bagged for you to take home as we do-not reuse sweets.

Kiddies candy cart will only be hired out till 530pm.

Nut Allergies & safety warnings;-

Please take note that some sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or be alongside nuts. We cannot be held responsible for any issues regarding food allergies as we have stated this and this was agreed to when taking the booking under the terms and conditions.

Clients please ensure that all children under the age of 5 are supervised to avoid sweeties being chosen which would pose a choking risk.Our attendant will do the best to prevent children from selecting sweets which would pose as a risk but it is up to you to supervise children as our attendant or Lisa's candy bar delight will not be held responsible for safety issues regarding use of equipment,consumables or the consumption of confectionery at the location of your event.

Unless told otherwise we will take photographs of the cart to be used for promotional purposes.
